1.1. Our service exclusively provides pickup options for products purchased through our platform.
1.2. Customers are responsible for collecting their purchased items from the store and pickup schedule.
1.3. We do not offer delivery services for purchased items. Customers must arrange for their own transportation to collect their items.
2.1. Customers can place orders through our platform and select the pickup date and time during checkout.
2.2. Orders will be prepared for pickup at the specified pickup date and time upon completion of the purchase.
3.1. Payment for orders is accepted only via in-person payment at the store.
3.2. We do not support online payment methods or accept payments through our website or any other online channels.
4.1. The pickup schedule, including available pickup date and time details, will be communicated to customers upon order confirmation.
4.2. Customers must adhere to the agreed-upon pickup schedule to collect their items promptly.
5.1. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the order status is completed.
5.2. Refunds are not provided for orders that have been confirmed and paid for.
5.3. In the event of an order cancellation, any points added to the user's account upon order placement will be deducted from the user’s account. This includes both discount points and redeemed points that were added at the time of purchase.
6.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items once they have been collected by the customer from the store.
6.2. Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon pickup and reporting any issues immediately.
7.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the pickup service without prior notice or liability.
7.2. Any changes to the service will be communicated to customers through our platform or other appropriate channels.

Deeco Electronics offers various membership levels based on total purchases made by the user. These membership levels include Regular, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each membership level offers different benefits, such as extended pickup days, point redemption percentages, and point expiration periods. Below are the rules governing these account levels, including downgrade and deletion policies.
- Pickup Days: 1 to 2 days
- Points Expiration: Points expire if not used within two (2) months.
- Redeemable Points: 10% of total price.
- Downgrade Policy: Regular accounts are the default and do not downgrade.
- Account Deletion: If the account is not used within six (6) months, it will be automatically deleted from our system.
- Pickup Days: 1 to 4 days
- Points Expiration: A 20% deduction is applied to points every month. If not used for three (3) consecutive months, points will reset to zero.
- Redeemable Points: 30% of total price.
- Downgrade Policy: If the account is not used within five (5) months, it will be downgraded to Regular.
- Account Deletion: If the account is downgraded to Regular and remains inactive for six (6) months, it will be deleted.
- Pickup Days: 1 to 5 days
- Points Expiration: A 20% deduction is applied to points every month. If not used for four (4) consecutive months, points will reset to zero.
- Redeemable Points: 50% of total price.
- Downgrade Policy: If the account is not used within seven (7) months, it will be downgraded to Silver, and if Silver is also inactive for five (5) months, it will downgrade further to Regular.
- Account Deletion: If the account is downgraded to Regular and remains inactive for six (6) months, it will be deleted.
- Pickup Days: 1 to 7 days
- Points Expiration: A 20% deduction is applied to points every month. If not used for six (6) consecutive months, points will reset to zero.
- Redeemable Points: 70% of total price.
- Downgrade Policy: If the account is not used within nine (9) months, it will be downgraded to Gold. If Gold is also inactive for seven (7) months, it will be downgraded to Silver. If Silver is inactive for five (5) months, it will be downgraded to Regular.
- Account Deletion: If the account is downgraded to Regular and remains inactive for six (6) months, it will be deleted.
