4-Bit Adder-Subtractor
Bundle Description: A 4-bit Adder-Subtractor is a digital circuit that performs both addition and subtraction operations on two 4-bit binary numbers. It uses full adders, XOR gates, and control logic to determine whether to add or subtract the inputs.
